BOOKING INSTRUCTION
1. Click "BOOK NOW" to take you to the booking page.
2. Select the room type you wish to book.
3. Select the number of adults, children or infant in each room type.
4. Key in contact details (be sure to double check mobile number and contact email where invoice will be sent to).
5. Click "NEXT" and proceed to enter each attendee detail and answer all the questions.
6. Review your sign-up and click "SUBMIT"
7. Once you click ‘SUBMIT’, the invoice will be automatically downloaded to your computer or device, and a copy will be sent directly to your email.
8. To proceed with immediate payment, kindly select a payment method (PayNow or Bank transfer)

9. If you do not wish to make immediate payment, you may close the window once you have clicked 'Submit'. However, do note that your registration, though submitted, will not be deemed to have been completed till full payment is received. For example, if your registration is submitted during the early bird discount promotion period i.e. 18 Jan 2026 to 28 Feb 2026, but payment is received only after the promotion period, you will be charged with the standard price.
Hence, we strongly encourage campers to make immediate payment upon registration. Nonetheless if you are unable to do so, in order to secure your place, please make full payment within 3 calendar days from the registration date to PLMC. Kindly refer to the email sent to your mailbox for complete payment instructions.

SPECIAL NOTES
1. CWB = Child with Bed and CWOB = Child without bed [share bed with adult(s)]
Child is defined as 4 to 11 years old on 14 June 2026.
2. Twin Sharing room comes with 2 single beds. Double room comes with 1 king bed.
Price inclusive of: 3 nights accommodation with 3 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinner including 8-course dinner for Gala nite.
3. "Twin needing roommate": This option caters to 1 adult/teen who does not have a roommate at point of registration and will be paired with another adult/teen of the same gender at the end of the registration period.
4. "Family: 1 adult + children": This option caters to 1 adult with children. For 1 adult with 1 child with no extra bed requirement, please select 1 CWOB (share bed with adult). For 1 adult with 2 children who need beds, please select 1 CWB and 1 CWOB and the system will allocate an extra bed for CWB.
5. "Family: 2 adults + children": This option caters to 2 adults with children. It can sleep 2 adults, 1 CWB, 2 CWOB and 2 Infants. Depending on the selection combination and availability, the system will allocate the family with 1 double/twin room with or without extra bed.
6. "Family: 3-5 adults + children": This option caters to family with teens and young children. It can sleep up to 5 adults (2 parents and up to 3 teens), up to 2 CWB, up to 2 CWOB and up to 2 infants. Depending on the selection combination and availability, the system will allocate the family with 1 or 2 double/twin room(s) with or without extra bed(s). Kindly note that each room can only accommodate 1 extra bed due to space.
7. Please tick the box if you are going to renew your passport. It will not check for 6 months validity.
8. Put in any special needs in "Special request" (such as dietary, medical conditions, elderly requirement or baby cot). We will do our best to arrange.
